Marsa Alam is a jewel on the Red Sea. Tranquil beaches, beautiful coral reefs, and friendly hotels make this a memorable holiday resort.
Marsa Alam is a fairly new Red Sea resort, its popularity starting with divers and fishing enthusiasts, however with the introduction of its own airport and its reputation spreading to those looking to break away from the main resorts it is fast becoming one of the must visit areas of the Red Sea.
With the virtually untouched reefs Marsa Alam is a divers paradise but there is also plenty to do on dry land, for example to the South West of the region are the Emerald Mines, it is believed these were first worked by Egyptian pharaohs, or you could pay a visit to the nature reserve which stretches out from the south of the town.
Marsa Alam is the perfect place to visit for those looking for peace and tranquillity.
